YOGA IN SAUERLAND: RELAXATION IN A WELLNESS HOTEL

Enjoy with us days of relaxation and find your mental, physical and spiritual balance. Our yoga offer is entirely up to you. Choose from a variety of topics. Together with the other participants and our yoga instructors you choose your individual program within each focus – indoor as well as outdoor. Even more relaxation is offered by the forests and heights of the Sauerland, our spa and sauna area with an extensive range of wellness and cosmetic treatments and our numerous sunbathing areas in and around the hotel. The yoga room is available for you around the clock. During the day you can find healthy snacks and hot drinks. Your stay will be framed with delicacies from our breakfast buffet and the evening half board with local and international dishes to choose from.

YOUR PROGRAM FOR YOGA VACATIONS IN THE SAUERLAND:

Your previous yoga experience does not matter in our offerings. Even people who have never practiced yoga or have significant movement limitations can participate without hindrance. Your yoga instructors are very broad in our skills and can also cater to you very individually in group classes.

For Antje this is not a nice to read calendar saying – but it is possible! And that’s exactly what she teaches yoga after. There is no target group or exclusion criteria for them. She is an AYA certified yoga teacher and teaches Hatha, Vinyasa and Yin Yoga. She also works specifically in both children’s and senior yoga. Added to this is her yoga therapeutic work.
